Scope Of Work
Symphony Manor Assisted Living and Memory Care, located in historic Roland Park, is a 3-story, 55,000 square foot Assisted Living Facility with one floor dedicated to Memory Care. F.M. Harvey Construction acted as a partner with the ownership group/developer to facilitate the design and construction of the facility. The project was successfully completed within the restricted covenants of the neighborhood association, and was on time and under budget.
