Built on 7 1/2 acres, this 112 bed assisted living and memory care facility represents a $20 million project consisting of 150,000 sf in Stuart, Florida. The facility consists of a 2 story assisted living building with multiple courtyards and outdoor spaces with an adjoining single story memory care building. Together the buildings share a full service restaurant, bar/café, salon, fitness facility, tai chi and yoga area, general store, and chapel.
