Scope Of Work
The M&T Bank Smith Avenue branch was a tenant fit-out project that incorporated trades from flooring all the way up to new roof top HVAC units. This branch received all new electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems per the client's specifications. Finishes for this project involved four different types of floor covering, two different types of ceiling grid and tile, and multiple paint colors all incorporated into a 1500 square foot space. Millwork was custom built from Owner specifications utilizing plastic laminates and solid surface material.
