Scope Of Work
The Haven at Springwood located in York, Pennsylvania was a complete interior renovation of roughly 18,000 sq. ft. of common area space in a thriving Assisted Living Community. Highlighted areas of work included the reconfiguration of the main entrance to welcome guests and residents with inviting home accents and a gas burning fireplace. The main dining area was beautifully repurposed from a former Amish Framed “Bank Barn,” showcasing the character of the old growth timber framing members and the addition of a grand 40’ tall fireplace. Through extensive scheduling and logistical planning, we were able to keep this establishment open for business throughout the entire project.
