Scope Of Work
City Neighbors Hamilton is a charter school located just off Hamilton Avenue in Baltimore. This Charter School was started to provide city residents with an alternative to the Baltimore City School system for parents and students with higher education goals. Phase I of the school renovation is 16,000 square feet and encompasses two (2) floors. The project scope is for a total renovation including new plumbing systems, windows, doors, and interior finishes for Classrooms, Atelier, Library, Music, and ADA upgrades for Kindergarten through 3rd grade.
