Scope Of Work
Two historic structures in the Argentine neighborhood in Kansas City, KS – a former funeral parlor (built in 1927), and a former YMCA (built in 1937) that served the railway – were converted into senior living apartments.
Both buildings are listed on the State Register of Historic Places.
The renovated buildings include 18 living units and total 15,500 square feet.
