Scope Of Work
Peters Clothiers purchased an existing retail building located on State Line Road and 123rd Street in Kansas City, Missouri. Rose Design Build is converting the center into the new home for Peters retail clothing store. We is also adding a 30,000 sq.ft. distribution facility to the east side in order to handle their nation wide distribution of clothing apparel.
