Scope Of Work
Mar Lan Construction was interviewed and chosen to complete this two-story, 54,000 square foot steel frame building with composite decks, and a masonry and stone veneer. Ribbon windows with green glass highlight the perimeter of the building on all four sides and on both floors.
The interior Lobby areas are eloquently finished with granite tile floors, barrel vault ceilings, and walls finished with a blend of wood paneling and wall coverings. A second-floor balcony that overlooks the main entrance is surrounded with a custom decorative railing by Livers Bronze.
