Scope Of Work

Frontier Farm Credit when they decided to build the new Hiawatha, Kansas location, Mar Lan was the builder of choice.

This building, although similar to the other new facilities we had built, took on a new roof slope. The floor plan mirrored the Marysville location down the road and added more steel trellis.

There were two phases to this project, the second one being the completion of the parking lot area where the building that formerly stood at the site was being readied to be moved to a new site twelve miles away and currently serves at the Grimm’s Gardens home office.
