This 25,000 square foot pre-engineered steel building is located in the Industrial Park. The building is designed for multi-tenant occupancy, and it can be used for manufacturing or as a warehouse facility. The building includes a dock wall, as well as at-grade overhead doors. The site includes approximately 70,000 square feet of concrete paving.
