Scope Of Work
Mar Lan Construction was chosen for the expansion and renovation of the Orchards Branch of the Douglas County Bank. This was a complete interior renovation and site improvements and was accomplished while the bank remained open.
Renovations included gutting the interior down to the shell structure, custom-built cabinetry and countertops, new entry and curved window wall with an automated window shade system, decorative aluminum clad column, new carpet, re-painting the entire interior, electrical package including new IT communications, new HVAC package, roof replacement, new sidewalks and removal of the old asphalt parking lot, landscaping, new patio, and all new curbs and gutters.
