Scope Of Work
This five-story condominium project is Phase 1 of a three-phase plan by developers to bring casual but elegant residential living opportunities to Lawrence, Kansas. The project adjoins the Viola Conrad McGrew Nature Preserve in west Lawrence and provides beautiful and scenic views.
The building features poured-in-place and tilt-up concrete construction. The first floor houses offices and commons areas for the building with amenities such as a fully-equipped kitchen, guest suites, a media room, a gallery, and a state-of-the-art fitness center with a sauna and steam room.
Mar Lan was also involved in finishing the guest quarters suites located on the main floor as well as some of the thirty-seven tenant spaces throughout the building. Condo floor plans range from 1200 square feet up to more than 3500 square feet and unique penthouse condos make up the fifth floor. Underground parking is available for residents. Outdoor areas feature plaza-like landscaped grounds, bile and walking trails, a playground, swimming pool, and hot tub.
