Scope Of Work
Mar Lan Construction was selected by the Fairlawn Church of the Nazarene to provide a new Ceco pre-engineered metal building with a standing seam roof. The church chose exterior wall coverings in brick and EIFS.
The growth of the Fairlawn Church of the Nazarene created a need for a larger Sanctuary. The expansion included a new 750 seat sanctuary, new classrooms, restrooms, and a large Narthex.
The new sanctuary features a sloped floor for seating and an intricate ceiling and sidewall configuration for acoustics. The sanctuary is designed as a worship area as well as a performance area for theatrical events. The baptistery is built into the stage floor. The sanctuary is also provided with theatrical lighting and sound systems that are controlled from within a dedicated control room
