Rubicon Construction

Rubicon  was founded in 2003 by two Hoosier natives passionate about what people come to call home. Since inception, Rubicon has expanded from flipping student rentals on Indiana University’s campus to building luxury custom homes and developing, constructing and managing commercial developments across multiple states.

?As Rubicon’s portfolio has grown and diversified, so has our team. We have grown from a pair to a full team of principals and staff working on behalf of our family of companies in construction, maintenance, accounting, property management, development, brokerage and more.
