Scope Of Work
Victory Unlimited construction built a 490,935 SF freezer for Preferred Freezer Services. This freezer also known as “BIG BEAR” is just outside downtown Los Angeles on 16 acres.
Fully racked with 93,000 pallet position
Freezer clear height: 58’ 6”
Cold Dock clear height: 28’
The roof and steel structure has been designed to support future solar panels.
32 dock doors
Freezer section consists of two equally divided sections, so that temperature control can vary.
