Scope Of Work
First National Bank of Dieterich hired Korte & Luitjohan Contractors, Inc. to renovate the 7,400 square foot Red Bud, Illinois facility. The project consisted of the demolition of teller stations and windows, and the installation of new walls, doors, windows, casements, a new teller line, restroom renovations, HVAC renovation, lighting fixtures and painting. The exterior renovation work consisted of reworking the drive-up lanes, as well as new concrete curbing and cleaning of the exterior surfaces.
A mural “History Wall” was incorporated as a new main feature of the bank. Walk Architecture, LLC of Effingham, Illinois designed the improvements. The bank remained open during the renovation work.
