Scope Of Work

Associated Bank retained Korte & Luitjohan Contractors, Inc. to renovate their East St. Louis branch.  Their desire was to improve the banking experience for their customers from both appearance and technology perspectives while investing in the community.

The full lobby renovation was completed on a tight 3-month schedule keeping the bank open during the entire process.  The work was done in phases and required daily communication between K&L and Associated Bank Staff to allow bank activities to remain uninterrupted during an active construction project.

The project consisted of creating new teller lines, customer service area, check writing stand, waiting area, six offices, new restrooms, fixtures and an IT / Telecom room. A new Community Room which will be available to local organizations for meetings is a highlight of this renovation.
