Scope Of Work
Situated on an 18-acre site near the Bellmont Hills redevelopment area, this new 153,000 SF, two story structure houses 61 instructional units and other associated support space. Improvements to the site include a shared access road, playfields and play structures. This SPLOST-funded facility was also designed to meet the standards for Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) certification, and is the first LEED certified K-12 building in Cobb County.
