Scope Of Work
Clear Creek Middle School is a 130,000 SF, 1-story middle school built on a 30 acre site. The project included new classroom space, science labs, gymnasium, media center, kitchen and cafeteria with food court and administration space. Site development included a football field and building pads for future elementary and high schools.
