Scope Of Work
Academies of Discovery at South Hall is a 92,700 SF middle school in Gainesville, Georgia. This project included 64,000 SF in new construction and 28,600 SF in renovations to the existing facility. A new free-standing building was constructed, along with the addition of gym locker rooms and a 2-story classroom wing. It required site work, relocation of utilities, a modified sports field and additional parking areas.
