Scope Of Work
This 65,000-square-foot, four-story hotel is located adjacent to Fort Benning on the grounds of the National Infantry Museum and Soldier Center (also constructed by Batson-Cook).
The property features 102 hotel rooms, including 14 studio suites.
Amenities include an outdoor pool, fitness center, a partitioned meeting room, and business center.
The building was constructed using concrete masonry units with precast hollow-core concrete panels.
The exterior skin was constructed using an exterior insulation finishing system with Arriscraft stone accent on the first level.
The roof consisted of TPO membrane with clay barrel tile accents.
The hotel was designed to accommodate a future four-story, 40-key future expansion on its west side.
