Scope Of Work
The Wolf River project is located in Germantown, Tennessee. Three buildings were constructed in phases that were 56,084 square feet, 54,641 square feet and 40,457 square feet respectively. While the Owner was open to medical and offices users, it became evident early on that medical users would dominant this complex. Stern Cardiovascular, Memphis Oncology Group, Mid-South Cancer Center and Memphis Gastroenterology among others became tenants in the buildings. Collins and Arnold was awarded a majority of the work for the tenants.
