Scope Of Work
Transfiguration Catholic Church in Marietta, Georgia, serves over 4,500 families. Collins and Arnold was selected to construct the 19,610 SF facility that includes an 8,200 SF gym, a 300 SF warming kitchen to serve a 2,480 SF reception and meeting area and a 1,520 SF youth lounge complete with pool table, foosball, flat screen TV and snack area. The meeting area is broken into four classrooms by concealed soundproof dividers. The project had to be built while maintaining parking for weekend services.
