Scope Of Work
The new Teen Center at the Richland County Library is a contemporary, high-tech space that is designed exclusively for teens ages 12 – 18 to hang out and be creative. Hogan Construction, as part of our indefinite delivery contract, provided 2,064 SF of interior renovations which includes a Learning Lab, Teen Area, and Staff Work Area. The Teen Center boasts a new radius soffit, LED light fixtures, modular casework. recording booth, gaming station, Microsoft Surface Laptops, a pixel sense touch table, and modular art graphic wall panels.
Hogan worked with the Owner and Interior Designer on a Value Engineering list and was able to bring the project within budget.
