Scope Of Work
Hogan Construction provided Construction Management at Risk Services for the Marrietta Country Club on their expansion and renovation project. A two-story, 5,803 SF octagonal open-air timber-framed pavilion was added to the existing country club. The scope of work included opening and renovating an existing bar area, as well as enclosing an existing veranda and incorporating it into the building to expand the existing banquet and event room. The new pavilion and the renovated bar both feature fireplaces.
A set of stairs was constructed to improve access to the veranda area and to connect the new pavilion to the golf course. The main kitchen received renovations and extra storage space, as well as an improved loading area.
