Scope Of Work
Hogan Construction Group was chosen to provide Construction Management at-Risk services for Clemson University finalizing the third phase of the Clemson West End Zone complex. The addition includes a new pedestrian area for safe navigation through the mid-level of the West Zone and construction of the Oculus entrance.
Creating a new gateway to the stadium, the 6,000 square foot addition results in a four-level structure that incorporates the striking 120-ft high precast entrance.
The project incorporated good LEED practices and sustainable design solutions.
