Scope Of Work
Hogan Construction Group was chosen by the City of Greenville to deliver Construction Management At Risk Services for the construction of their new fire station which will be located in the Verdae neighborood of Greenville. The fire station will consist of three apparatus bays, a bunkroom for 10 fire fighters, 3 bathrooms, storage rooms, work rooms, kitchen, day room, dining room, and an ice and vending machine room.
