Scope Of Work
As part of a long-range plan to expand student housing a new three-story suite style residence hall was built near existing dorms on the private, Christian school campus. The new 22,300 square foot Boulevard V Residence Hall was seamlessly designed to complement the existing Whitaker Hall.
Housing 102 students, each suite consists of three double occupancy bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a common living area. Each floor includes a kitchen, laundry room, and a large lounge area.
