Scope Of Work
Construction of 2800 SF ground up and interior finish restaurants. Projects include site work, paving, landscape, site concrete and concrete slab, wood and light gauge metal framing, EIFS/brick/alpolic metal panel veneer, Duralast membrane roofing and interior/exterior waterproofing. Interior finishes include drywall partitions, ceramic tile, paint, wallcovering, acoustical ceiling, extensive fixturing and kitchen equipment package, walk in refrigerator and freezer, substantial interior lighting package, along with mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to support the food preparation, customer service and dining areas.
