Scope Of Work
90,000 square foot retail tenant improvement to a previous super Kmart in Birmingham, AL. Work encompassed complete exterior and interior renovation for Floor & Décor tenant. New exterior construction for truck loading docks, customer pro load canopies, customer and employee entries/exits, asphalt/concrete paving, sidewalks, utilities and new exterior facades. Interior construction included complete new interior concrete slab on grade, sales/warehouse area fixtures and finishes, new Fire Sprinkler/Alarm, Energy Management Systems, Data systems, new MEP systems, office package construction, millwork, breakroom, and restrooms.
