Scope Of Work
929 Pearl Offices are located in the heart of downtown boulder. The project was a close collaboration with Eli Feldman, CEO of Conscience Bay Properties, and Amanda Johnston of Oz Architecture. The goal was to completely remodel the 16,000SF interior and the 2000SF roof deck into a modern, sustainable built, open office that would attract innovative, environmentally minded companies. Those goals were fulfilled soon after construction was completed in 2015 and is now completely occupied commanding the highest price $/SF price in Boulder for office space.
