Scope Of Work
For 30 years JE Dunn and Target have developed a successful partnership. Over the past five years, JE Dunn has completed 86 individual projects. These projects range from construction of new retail stores to the remodel of and addition to existing buildings. In the case of remodel and addition, all work was performed while the stores remained open and fully operational.
As part of Target’s P-Fresh Strategy, existing stores recently introduced the “Food Avenue”, which is a small-scale, full-service grocery store within all existing Target stores. JE Dunn’s recent work includes areas, such as grocery/refrigerated cases and presentation, electronics, household items, clothing, and guest relations/customer service. We have also re-worked cart storage areas and checkout lanes. All stores were outfitted with a snack bar or coffee house as part of the remodel and/or addition projects.
