Scope Of Work
Mammoth Heights Elementary in Parker Colorado is the first of a prototype series.
The 73,146 SF school is located on 10 acres in the City of Parker, Stonegate subdivision. This two-story school utilizes high performance design.
The construction consists of block veneer, steel frame and a structural floor on spread footings. The mechanical equipment is located below grade under the structural floor. The school will have a 680 student capacity.
