Scope Of Work
Fire Station 162 in Larkspur Colorado involved renovations and additions to the existing fire station (existing area 2,889 SF, new construction 2,782 SF). There were additions to the living area, revisions to the building exterior, mechanical and electrical.
The construction consists of concrete foundations, masonry exterior walls, structural steel and wood framing construction, EPDM roofing, mechanical, fire protection system, electrical and typical commercial finishes.
