Scope Of Work
Fire Station 161 in Larkspur Colorado is an addition and renovation project. The existing area was 6,665 SF, new construction was 9,984 SF.
This involved demolition of existing living and community area with an addition to the apparatus bay, and new living and community areas.
The construction consists of concrete foundations, masonry exterior walls, metal building panels, structural steel and wood framing construction, EPDM roofing, mechanical, fire protection system, electrical and typical commercial finishes.
