Scope Of Work

After we revamped a Financial Partners Credit Union in Huntington Beach, CA, in 2007, we took on the Downey, CA, headquarters to breathe new life into a 35,000 square-foot building more than 30 years old.

The dramatic reveal introduced multiple unique features, including conference rooms overlooking collaborative work areas, expansive open areas that maximize transmission of exterior ambient light into the central space, and adding 2,000 square feet of functional space on the previously unused second floor.
