Scope Of Work
Renaissance Plaza, at the corner of Howe and Hallmark in Sacramento, is more than just additional retail space. It steps outside the traditional retail design through the innovative use of materials, lighting, and mass. Renaissance Plaza has strong balance and harmony; through the use of angled parapets, canted columns, and flared awnings; this building is distinctive and energetic.
The 11,400 sq. ft. project is staged around an iconic tower feature made of colored glass and steel that acts as a defining feature as well as a landmark element. Generous storefront exposure and the use of reflective materials create additional appeal for patrons. Tenants include Peet’s Coffee, Panda Express and T Mobile
