Scope Of Work
Mikuni TI, located in The Veranda, is a contemporary, Mediterranean-inspired village in Concord California. Lead Architect was Roger Davis from Coact Designworks, who provided exquisite architecture, lush landscaping, water features, and a host of amenities. Sierra View’s scope included providing tenant improvements for this beautiful 2- story building shell which included dining , sushi bars, kitchen, and offices totaling 5,946 square-feet.
