Scope Of Work
California Gold developed, built and leased a state-of-the art 25,000 square foot mixed-use medical office and clinic. The first floor is occupied by the US Department of Veterans' Affairs, with whom California Gold collaborated to create a unique "frontstage / backstage" layout for improved patient care efficiency. The design is meant to keep all operational activities separate from patient interaction, and is being evaluated as a nationwide model for future VA outpatient clinics.
