Project Descriptions: Project consisted of two phases:
Phase 1 - the modernization of the existing 10,000 SF performing arts bldg., including completely new audio visual systems, lighting, HVAC, seating, roofing, etc. and reconfiguration of the space. This phase also included upgrades at the adjacent band & choir rooms as well.
Phase 2 – the modernization of the existing 86 year old 11,000 SF girls gymnasium and locker room, including a complete structural upgrade of the existing exterior walls, restoration of the existing interior wood paneling, new historical windows, ADA restroom upgrades, exterior brick veneer, roofing, gym flooring, bleacher restoration, & new lockers.
