Scope Of Work
Pankow's innovative use of tilt-up technology for onsite precast beams instead of cast-in-place members helped win the right to build this beautiful arena, the state's very first Design-Build contract award. This tremendously successful project was delivered for the lump-sum guarantee price, two months early and has since inspired the state to continue using the Design-Build procurement on important public projects.
