Scope Of Work
This first significant renovation in the Royal Hawaiian Center's history serves to attract visitors and local residents to experience the natural beauty and historic legacy of the property. In addition to an overall upgrade of the retail/entertainment facility, the revitalization included the creation of "The Royal Grove," a 25,000 SF pedestrian area and gathering place with lush new landscaping and venues for live performances. The center was also opened up in areas to provide views of the historic Royal Hawaiian Hotel.
