Scope Of Work
Partnering with California Institute of Technology and Gonzalez Goodale Architects, Pankow is delivering value by utilizing Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) methodology. Gonzalez Goodale has begun preliminary design of a comprehensive renovation and expansion of the Winnet Student Center. Upon completion, the new Hameetman Center will house a new indoor/outdoor student lounge, a new musical rehearsal hall with capacity for a 100-member orchestra, multi-purpose room, multiple student clubs and a revamped café to recreate the true heart of the Caltech Campus and provide a new dynamic social space for students and faculty.
