Square Footage: 115,000 total s.f. / 220 rooms
New construction of a 4-story hotel (220 rooms) above one level of concrete below-grade parking. The building includes an inner courtyard, meeting rooms, conference facilities, an off-street drive-thru entry area, and a full service restaurant. The owner performed hazardous soil removal, shoring and excavation prior to the start of the contract. Cahill self-performed the pile foundation, concrete, and composite structural stud and metal deck framing system.
