Scope Of Work
Student Life Center
Cahill performed the new construction of a two-story, 52,000 s.f. gymnasium and cafeteria. The athletic gym includes seating for 1,500 people. Cahill was highly involved in an extended preconstruction and value engineering phase in order to enable this project to achieve realization.
Annex Building Renovation (Locker Room)
The project included renovation of the old cafeteria and serving area into a state-of-the-art fitness and workout room, renovation of the existing locker room and the addition of a new team and trainer's room.
