Scope Of Work
Eddy and Taylor is a mixed-use, 8-story building developed by TNDC at the north east corner of Eddy and Taylor Streets in San Francisco. The project consists of 113, 100% affordable housing units as well as a fresh and healthy food vendor component, a courtyard and bike parking for residents. When completed, Eddy & Taylor Family Apartments will be staffed with 2 full time social workers who will provide comprehensive support services to all families living in the building.
