A joint-venture between GLB, Saint Agnes Medical Center (“SAMC”), and independent investors, this 25,000 square feet facility houses a five operating room ambulatory surgery center, a women’s center, and Class A medical office space. Adjacent to the SAMC and part of the hospital campus, this facility offers medical care providers the ability to offer state-of-the-art medical treatment.
