Scope Of Work
The first phase of this project consisted of the complete demolition and removal of over 77,000 SF of the 2 story building. This portion of the project took 8 weeks to complete. It also included a complete seperation of the 2 story structure from the phase 2 portion of the structure. East Coast Demolition utilized 3 machines to keep the project schedule on track and hauled off over 400 loads of material. The project was completed on time.
