Scope Of Work
This project consists of a Theater demolition that is 6,000 sf and over 40' tall. The Theatre is completely hollow inside and spans over 60', with the outside wall sitting less than 10' from an adjacent condo. We were able to demo the Theater without any collateral damage to the adjacent condo and any other areas. The demo also consists of a 3,500 sf 2 story structure directly adjacent to Atlantic Ave. The demo took less than 2 days and we are currently on track to finish the project in under 10 days.
