Scope Of Work
The Square at Bressi Ranch is a new luxury retail neighborhood center totaling 91,164 SF. The project includes a 28,000 SF Sprouts Farmers Market, BevMo and over 60,000 SF of chef-inspired restaurants and unique service retail shops.
The project features a pedestrian friendly main-street and several outdoor interactive patio areas with fire features and lots of communal seating made of cast-in-place colored concrete and finished with Ipe wood, as well as intricately placed landscape/hardscape. The high-end finish system combined with enhanced architectural features provide a one-of-a-kind shopping center experience.
